Paper creases may appear when feeding the documents during the printing process.
Check the following items if paper creases appear in the paper frequently, and take the appropriate action.

The paper settings and the size of the paper in the feed tray do not match | Check the paper settings, or the size of the paper loaded into the feed tray, and change to the correct paper size. |
The paper is not loaded correctly The paper guide is not installed correctly | Check the feed tray. The method for loading paper into the feed tray may vary depending on the type of the paper to be used. Be sure to refer to the information given below. |

There is a problem with the condition of the paper | Use recently unsealed paper. For details, refer to Using Paper. |
