Cause
Target options: All controllers
Crop marks were specified for color data (Spot Color ALL*).
This may occur across all Adobe applications.
*: A spot color specified for crop marks when those crop marks are generated using an Adobe type DTP application
Setting Procedure
Work Time: 15 mins or less
This can be avoided by specifying black for Spot Color ALL. The method for specifying black can be set in the color settings for Spot Color.
The following procedure shows an example for the Fiery color server.
1
Open the Device Center window by going to [Server] and then [Device Center] on Command WorkStation.
2
Go to [RESOURCES], [Spot Colors], and then [+New], and create a new Spot Color dictionary.
3
Next, go to [+New] and then [Spot Color], and enter "ALL" for the color name.
4
For the CMYK values, specify and register C=0, M=0, Y=0, and K=100 as conversion colors.
