Overview
If the cutting accuracy of the paper is not uniform, a misalignment between the front and back of the paper may occur during 2-sided printing.
A misalignment between the front and back of the paper caused by paper cutting errors is corrected by detecting the paper size while the job is in execution.

About the reference value of paper size
- To use this function, you need to set the reference value of the paper size. The reference value of the paper size is set by performing [AutoMeasure]. If you want to change the reference value, press [AutoMeasure] again.

- Set the background board used when detecting the paper size to match the paper color. For details, refer to [Common Setting].

- To enable the paper size variation correction when the front side magnification is locked in [AutoMeasure], you need to set [Aligning Pos. of Image (FD)] to [Lead Edge] in [BothSideAdj.OperationSwitch]. For details about [BothSideAdj.OperationSwitch], refer to [BothSideAdj.OperationSwitch].
- If the paper cutting accuracy is uniform, setting [Paper Size Variation Correction] to [ON] may result in a large misalignment between the front and back. In that case, change the setting to [OFF].
