Saving a Print Job to HDD (Mac OS X)
Perform printing following the settings specified.
[Print mode]: [Hold] or [Print and Hold]
Open the original data with the application, and then click [Print] on the [File] menu.
Select [Setup] in the drop-down list on the center of the screen.
When Acrobat is used:
Click [Printer] on the bottom of the [Print] screen, and then select [Setup] in the drop-down list on the center of the screen.
Click [Show Details] if necessary.
Select [Hold] or [Print and Hold] in [Print Mode].
Click [Print] to print.
