If you select a hold job or secure job on the AccurioPro Print Manager screen and click Page Edit of Job Management, you can move, copy, or delete a page and insert blank paper, tab paper, or separator while checking page data in thumbnail view. You can also insert pages from other job. You can also select a job and click Page Edit on the right-click menu or click Page Edit in job information to display the Page Edit screen.
If you select multiple jobs, the Page Edit screen is not displayed. You can operate print jobs that are set to PS, PDF, PDF (APPE), TIFF, JPEG, or PPML as the PDL type displayed in the job list, but you cannot perform page editing for other types of print jobs, print jobs from the PPD driver, or copy jobs. Also, when Poster Printing, Imposition, etc. is selected in Job Settings, Page Edit is not available. However, by changing the setting of No. 28 in Utility/Counter - Administrator Setting - Controller - Software Switch Setting on the machine, you can also operate a PPD job. Furthermore, a store job over 10,000 pages may not be operated depending on the HDD free space.
