Display automatic inspection reports in a list.
This function allows you to confirm the information related to the detected error as well as the detailed report of automatic inspection.

To create an automatic inspection report, perform automatic inspection by making one of the following settings:
[List of Auto Image Inspection Report] allows you to check the following items.
Item | Description |

[Job ID] | ID of the job for which automatic inspection was performed. |
[Date/Time] | Date and time when the job was output. |
[Filename] | File name of the job for which automatic inspection was performed. |
[Result] | Result of automatic inspection. If an out of range image occurs, its factor is displayed. |
[Report Creation Status] | Allows you to check the report creation status. If creation is not completed, the detail cannot be viewed in [Report]. |
Setting item | Description |

[Japanese] / [English] | Selects the language to display. Click this to select from the menu list that is displayed. |
Page number (1 2...) | Displays the job history for the selected page number. Up to 100 job histories are displayed per page. The number of the currently displayed page is underlined. |
[Jump by Date] | Filters the job history by date to display a list. Select the start date from the Calendar button on the left and the end date from the Calendar button on the right, then click [Jump by Date] to display the job history for the set period. To cancel the filtering, go to another screen once, and open the [List of Auto Image Inspection Report] screen again. |
[Download All Reports] | Collectively downloads the report of the job with the check box selected. Reports are downloaded one file at a time in sequence. |
[Decoding result Download] | Downloads the decoding results with the check box selected, collectively in a single ZIP file. |
[Delete] | Deletes the report of the job with the check box selected. |
[Report] | Displays the screen for checking [Completed Job], [Out of range], or [Decoding result]. |
[Error Report] | Displays the report list of an error that occurred during job execution. A report is output as a PDF file, and automatically deleted after the job was completed. This item is not displayed if no error occurs. |
- About the report file name
A file name is created using a combination of the following items. Each item is separated by an underscore (_).
Job file name_Job ID (8 digits)_Job output date and time *1_Report type*2*3.
(Example: sampleA_00002107_250625135521_1)
*1: Generated in either "year/month/date/hour/minute/second", "month/day/year/hour/minute/second", or "day/month/year/hour/minute/second" depending on your region.

Completed job image report: Sequential number such as 1, 2, or 3 (reports are divided into 1,000 pages and assigned to sequential numbers.)
Out of range image report: err
Decoding result: None.
*3: For error reports with a job running, the number of errors that occurred while a job was running is added.

The confirmation screen of various reports is displayed.



The report can be downloaded to a computer.
The inspection date/time and inspection level are displayed in the PDF file of a report. For details about each item, refer to Checking the Automatic Inspection Report in PDF.
The types of displayed reports are as follows.
Display | Description |

[Completed Job] | Report of printouts that satisfy the inspection level. A report is created in PDF format. |
[Out of range] | Report of printouts that do not satisfy the inspection level. A report is created in PDF format. |
[Decoding result] | Report of number or bar code decoding result. A report is created in CSV format. |
