[Acquire Image Log(AutoImage)]
Overview
Configure settings so that service center can acquire as a log, the images of the document scanned by Intelligent Quality Care Unit IQ-501 when performing an automatic image corrections.
This log is used to analyze the causes of any image defects in [Auto Image Adj.].

The following option and item are required to use this function.
- Intelligent Quality Care Unit IQ-501
- USB flash drive
Tips
- The acquired log is saved to an external USB flash drive.
- This function is set by default to [Restrict] in order to prevent service centers from acquiring logs without permission. Logs are then acquired only when this function is set to [Allow].
- The customer engineer (CE) will retrieve the log, but there are cases where customers may be asked to acquire logs. Setting is required to allow customers to acquire logs. For details, contact your service representative.
- Scanned image data is saved after darkening process. Customer Engineer and Log Analyst cannot view the contents of scanned images.
