Q6. No information sound is released when the machine stops due to mishandled paper.

A6. Check whether the information sound setting is turned off.

From the [UTILITY] screen, go to [User Setting] - [System Setting] - [Operation/Info.Sound Setting] - [Volume Setting]. Set [Info. Sound/Voice (Speaker)] to [ON] and select the sound for the relevant item in [Info. Sound Item Setting] - [Notice Set for Machine Stop].
