Cleaning Paper Feeder Unit PF-602m

If the paper feed roller and pick-up roller of Paper Feeder Unit PF-602m is dirty, follow the steps below to clean them.

1. Open the front door.

2. Turn ON the main power switch, and turn ON the sub power switch.

3. Pull out the upper tray.

4. Close the front door.

5. Clean two paper feed roller using a soft cloth dampened with alcohol (cleaner).

6. Return the upper tray to its original position.

7. Also, clean the lower tray in the same way.

8. Open the tray left side door.

9. Open the lever [PF1].

10. Wipe off stains on the inside using a clean soft cloth.

11. Close the lever [PF1].

12. Open the lever [PF2].

13. Wipe off stains on the inside using a clean soft cloth.

14. Open the lever [PF3].

15. Wipe off stains on the inside using a clean soft cloth.

16. Close the lever [PF3] and lever [PF2].

17. Open the lever [PF5].

18. Wipe off stains on the inside using a clean soft cloth.

19. Close the lever [PF5].

20. Close the tray left side door.
