Cleaning Main Body Tray

If the inside of the main body tray, paper feed roller, or pick-up roller is dirty, follow the steps below to clean them.

1. Open the front door.

2. Turn ON the main power switch, and turn ON the sub power switch.

3.  Pull out Tray 1.

4. Close the front door.

5. Open the paper feed roller.

6. Clean the paper feed roller and pick-up roller using a soft cloth dampened with alcohol (cleaner).

7. When paper is seated properly, close the paper feed roller.

8. If the inside of Tray 1 is dirty, wipe off toner stains using a soft cloth.

9. Return Tray 1 to its original position.

10. Also, clean Tray 2 in the same way.
