Adjustment Flow for When Using New Types of Paper
Overview
Perform adjustment at the following timings.
When using a new type of paper
When you cannot reproduce colors even after performing the Daily Adjustment Flow (High Precision)
If Not Using RU Option (Relay Unit RU-518m)
Step 1
Automatically adjust the color reproducibility of all of the output paper.
Step 2
[Density Balance Auto. Adj.]
Perform [Density Balance Adjustment] (With MYIRO-1) or [Density Balance Auto. Adjustment] (When Mounted With Intelligent Quality Care Unit IQ-501), followed by automatic density balance adjustment.
Step 3
[Controller Calibration] (What Is [Calibration]?)
Correct the constantly changing color reproducibility.
Step 4
Create a printer profile.
If [G7] is set, create a printer profile after performing calibration (About Advanced [Controller Calibration]).
Tips
- If Relay Unit RU-518m and Intelligent Quality Care Unit IQ-501 are not mounted, perform [Controller Calibration] with AccurioPro ColorManager.
- If Intelligent Quality Care Unit IQ-501 is not mounted, create a printer profile with AccurioPro ColorManager.
