Daily Adjustment Flow (Standard)
Overview
Adjustment that should be performed by all users during day to day use.
Perform adjustment at the following timings.
Just before outputting jobs for which color is important
Elsewhere, if you feel the color seems strange
If Not Using RU Option (Relay Unit RU-518m)
Step 1
[Controller Calibration] (What Is [Calibration]?)
Correct the constantly changing color reproducibility.
Tips
- If Relay Unit RU-518m and Intelligent Quality Care Unit IQ-501 are not mounted, perform [Controller Calibration] with AccurioPro ColorManager. For details, refer to the AccurioPro ColorManager User's Guide.
Using RU Option (Relay Unit RU-518m), but No Intelligent Quality Care Unit IQ-501 Mounted
Step 1
Set [Periodical Adj. Execution] in [Basic Setting] to [ON]. The adjustments are performed automatically at the appropriate timing.
Step 2
Perform the adjustments at the necessary timing before outputting.
When Mounted With Intelligent Quality Care Unit IQ-501
Step 1
Set [Auto Run] of [Initial Set.] to [At Start-up]. Automatic adjustment is executed once a day when this system is turned on.
Tips
- When [Auto Run] cannot be set for [Initial Set.] in [Package Color Auto Adj.], follow the steps detailed on Using RU Option (Relay Unit RU-518m), but No Intelligent Quality Care Unit IQ-501 Mounted of Daily Adjustment Flow (Standard).
