If Any Other Message Is Displayed

When paper accumulates in the Card tray of Trimmer Unit TU-510, the message [Trimmer unit card tray is near-full / Please remove paper] is displayed.

When this message is displayed, the job currently being printed continues, but new jobs cannot be printed.

Remove the paper in the Card tray.

NOTICE

• If the Card tray becomes full of paper, the message [Trimmer unit card tray is full / Please remove paper] is displayed and the machine stops.

Tips

• If paper is left in the Card tray, the icon is displayed on the front view of the machine on [MACHINE] screen. Printing is possible even in this state if no error message is displayed.

When the MCM (machine condition monitor) inside the system detects a noise shocked by a thick paper conflict, the message [MCM Notification:Check [Simple Settings]] is displayed, and [Simple Setting] of the machine function key flashes red.

Press [Simple Setting] to check the displayed content, and follow the on-screen instructions to take action.

Tips

• A noise shocked by a thick paper conflict refers to image jittering that occurs when printing on thick paper (high stiffness paper).

When it is time to replace the SSD in Auto Inspection Unit AI-101 or Image Controller, the following message is displayed.

[Inspection unit SSD replace time / Please call service]

[Controller SSD replace time / Please call service]
