Overview
Uninstall the printer driver in Macintosh.
Procedure

Click [System Settings], and then click [Printers & Scanners].

Select the name of the printer you want to delete and click [Remove Printer].
Clicking this button displays a dialog box. Then, click [Remove Printer]; you can delete the selected printer.

Close [Printers & Scanners] screen.

Drag the below files from [Library] - [Printers] - [PPDs] - [Contents] - [Resources] on the HDD to which the printer driver has been installed, and drop them in [Trash].

Drag the below files from [Library] - [Printers] - [KONICA MINOLTA] and drop them in [Trash].

Click Move from the Finder menu. Hold down the option key and click [Library]. Drag the below files from [Preferences] and drop them in [Trash].

The above files may now show up depending on the driver settings.
[User Name] is set to the account selected when login.

Restart your PC.
