[File]

[Import]

Imports a file to be imported as a hold job. For specific instructions, refer to Importing a Job.

[Import (PDF/VT-2)]

Imports a file (PDF/VT-2) to be imported as a hold job. For specific instructions, refer to Importing a job (PDF/VT-2).

[Backup]

Outputs the hold jobs to a file. Only the administrator can perform this operation. For specific instructions, refer to Backing Up Hold Job.

[Restore]

Imports the backup file into the hold job. For specific instructions, refer to Restoring a Job.

[Start]

- [Color Centro]

Starts Color Centro. If Color Centro is not installed on your computer, it appears dimmed.

[Start]

- [Web Connection]

Starts Web Connection via the default Web browser.

[Start]

-[Hot Folder]

Displays the hot folder management screen.

[Preferences] *1

Sets the display style for each screen of Job Centro. For details, refer to Setting Display Style (Preferences).

[Exit] *1

Exits Job Centro. For details, refer to Exit from Job Centro.

[Job Operations]

[Active Job]

[Cancel]

Cancels jobs (multiple jobs are selectable as needed).

You can cancel the print, copy, and scan jobs.

[Prior Print] *2

Prints the selected active job as interrupt print at the timing of the suspension of the currently printing job.

[To Top] *2

Increases the priority of the selected active job to the top.

[Up] *2

Increases the priority of the selected active job by 1 level.

[Down] *2

Decreases the priority of the selected active job by 1 level.

[Active to Hold] *2

Moves the selected active jobs to hold jobs.

[Hold Job]

[Print]

Prints the selected jobs (multiple jobs are selectable as needed).

[HDD Store]

Copies the selected jobs to HDD jobs (multiple jobs are selectable as needed).

[Delete]

Deletes the selected jobs (multiple jobs are selectable as needed).

[Copy]

Copies the selected jobs (multiple jobs are selectable as needed).

[Change File Name]

Displays the [Change File Name] screen.

[Merge] *3

Displays the [Job Merging] screen.

[Job Edit]

Displays the [Job Edit] screen.

[Page Edit] *3

Displays the [Page Edit] screen.

[Tone Curve Adjustment] *3

Displays the [Tone Curve Adjustment] screen.

If Color Centro is not installed , this item appears dimmed.

[Secure Box]

[New Creation]

Creates a new Secure Box.

Enter the box name and password.

You can enter up to 8 one-byte characters for the box name and password.

[Delete]

Deletes a user box.

[Secure Job]

[Print]

Prints the selected jobs (multiple jobs are selectable as needed).

[Delete]

Deletes the selected jobs (multiple jobs are selectable as needed).

[Copy]

Copies the selected jobs (multiple jobs are selectable as needed).

[Change File Name]

Displays the [Change File Name] screen.

[Job Edit]

Displays the [Job Edit] screen.

[Page Edit]

Displays the [Page Edit] screen.

[Tone Curve Adjustment]

Displays the [Tone Curve Adjustment] screen.

If Color Centro is not installed , this item appears dimmed.

[Folder]

[New Creation]

Creates a new folder for HDD jobs. Up to 100 folders can be created.

Up to 64 one-byte characters (32 two-byte characters) can be entered for a folder name.

[Delete]

Deletes the folder.

[Change Folder Name]

Displays the [Change Folder Name] screen.

[Box]

[New Creation]

Creates a new Box.

You can enter up to 20 one-byte characters (10 two-byte characters) for the user box name.

Enter the password as needed. You can enter up to 8 one-byte characters for the password.

[Delete]

Deletes a box.

[Change Box Name]

Displays the [Change Box Name] screen.

[HDD Job]

[Print]

Prints the selected jobs (multiple jobs are selectable as needed).

[Recall to Hold]

Copies the selected job to the hold job (multiple jobs are selectable as needed).

[Delete]

Deletes the selected jobs (multiple jobs are selectable as needed).

[Printer]

[Change Connection]

Displays the [Connect Printer] screen.

[View]

[Printer Information]

Displays the [Printer Information] screen.

[Job History]

Displays the [Job History] screen.

[Hold Job]

Switches the display to the tab of the hold job.

[Secure Job]

Switches the display to the tab of the secure job.

[HDD Job]
