Q. Can I move destinations registered in this machine to another MFP?
A. Yes. To do so, use Web Connection to save the destination file (or export it) and write that destination file to another MFP unit of the same model (or import it).

Q. Can I edit the exported destination file before importing it?
A. Yes. If it is a destination file (TSV format) that is not a [Full Destination Backup(Read Only)] and the machines are of the same model type, you can edit the destination file, and import it.
Open the exported destination file using Microsoft Excel, then edit and save it.
Tips
- For details on how to export information, refer to Exporting Configuration Information. You cannot edit a [Full Destination Backup(Read Only)] because it is encrypted.
