[Paper Tray]
Overview
This function displays information for the Paper tray of this system and the mounted optional devices.
This function also displays the temperature and humidity detected using the thermo-hygro sensor mounted on the system, making it useful for paper management.
NOTICE
Either one of the following options is required when setting the Bypass tray.
- Paper Feeder Unit PF-712 with Multi Bypass Tray MB-511 mounted
- Paper Feeder Unit PF-812 with Multi Bypass Tray MB-511 mounted
Tips
- The operating environment of this system must have a temperature range of 21°C to 26°C, and a humidity range of 40%RH to 60%RH.

Setting Items
Setting item | Description |

[Select Tray] | Select the Paper tray to use. By selecting Paper tray in advance, the temperature of the Fusing unit in the machine is adjusted to suit the paper information for each tray. This helps prevent loss of printing time. |
[Tray] | Displays the tray number of Paper tray.
When a paper color other than [White] is specified by selecting [Change Set] - [Colored Paper] in [Paper Setting], an icon such as " |
[Size(mm)] | Displays the paper size and orientation (v / w). |
[Name] | Displays the paper type. If a paper profile is set, its name is displayed. |
[Weight] | Displays the paper weight. If the weight unit is changed in the paper profile settings, the paper weight is indicated in the changed unit. |
[Outside Temp. :] | Displays the temperature. |
[Outside Humidity:] | Displays the humidity. |
