Q2. I can't put a job on hold.

A2. If there are already 500 jobs on hold, the next job attempted to be held is rejected. Delete unnecessary Hold Jobs and try again.

  • You can also change the settings so that when there are 500 jobs on hold, the next job is accepted to be held upon the automatic deletion of the oldest job. Contact your service representative.

  • If there are 500 jobs or less on hold, the next job attemted to be held may be rejected depending on the HDD space. After deleting unnecessary files so as to increase available HDD space, try putting the job on hold again.
