Q7. Scan to SMB is not available on Mac OS 10.7.

A7. If using Image Controller IC-310 or Image Controller IC-308, SMB protocol is not supported on Mac OS 10.7 or later. In this case, use Scan to FTP instead.

If using Image Controller IC-602, Scan to SMB is available.
