Allowing Read and Write of the Machine Setting Information

When this machine is managed by the remote diagnosis system, the authentication information (user authentication and account track) registered on this machine can be imported or exported from/to the remote diagnosis system.

Select [Maintenance] - [Remote Access Setting] in administrator mode of Web Connection (or in [Utility] - [Administrator] of this machine), and set [Import/Export User Data] to ON (default: OFF).

• This setting is displayed when this machine is managed by the remote diagnosis system. For details on the remote diagnosis system, contact your service representative.
