This section describes how to connect an Android terminal to this machine via Remote Access using the NFC function and perform Address Link.
Place the Android terminal on the mobile touch area on the Control Panel of this machine.
If the Android terminal is in the sleep mode (the screen is off) or the screen is locked, Remote Access cannot start automatically using NFC communication. Cancel the sleep mode of the Android terminal or unlock the screen, and then place the terminal on the mobile touch area.
Remote Access starts.
Select the E-mail address registered in the address book of the Android terminal.
If there are multiple address books, select the address book that you want to use, and then select the E-mail address.
To transfer the E-mail address to this machine, place the Android terminal on the mobile touch area on the Control Panel of this machine again when the screen showing [Send] is displayed.
On the Control Panel of this machine, tap [Use as Fax Address Destination] or [Use as User Box Address Destination].
If the copy mode screen or the scan/fax mode screen is displayed when you connect to this machine, [Use as Fax Address Destination] appears.
If the box mode file transmission screen is displayed when you connect to this machine, [Use as User Box Address Destination] appears.
The selected E-mail address will be specified as the destination.
For details on how to operate Address Link, refer to the help of Remote Access.
