[Billing Counter]
Overview
Confirm the total billing counter of print jobs in the browser.
This function displays the coefficients specified for the printing rate, paper size, and color mode as well as the counter values calculated based on the count of fed sheets.
This function is useful for the more highly accurate cost management.
NOTICE
The following settings are required to use this function.
- Establish network communications between the machine and computer in [TCP/IP Setting] of this system.
- Set [WebUtilities Setting] of this system to [ON].
- Set [Enhanced Security Mode] of this system to [OFF].
NOTICE
- The authentication operation is always required to display the [Machine Manager Setting] screen. Pressing [Machine Manager Setting] displays the password entry screen. Enter "admin" in User Name, and the administrator password in Password.

[Coefficient] | Displays the size coefficient to the 2nd decimal place. | |
[YMCK Coverage Rate] / [Special Coverage Rate] | Displays the setting value of the YMCK or special toner printing rate coefficient to the 2nd decimal place. [YMCK Coverage Rate] indicates the numeric value obtained according to the following formula: Total printing area of yellow (Y), magenta (M), cyan (C), and black (K) ÷ Printing paper size e 100. [Special Coverage Rate] indicates the numeric value obtained by the following formula: Total printing area either printed in color mode including special toner or in color mode using only special toner ÷ Print paper size e 100. | |
[YMC Coverage Rate] | Displays the total YMC printing rate to the 2nd decimal place. [YMC Coverage Rate] indicates the numeric value obtained according to the following formula: Total printing area of yellow (Y), magenta (M), and cyan (C) ÷ Printing paper size e 100. | |
[Coefficient] | Displays the setting value of the printing rate coefficient to the 2nd decimal place. | |
[Billing Click] | Displays the numeric value of [Coefficient]e[Coefficient] to the 4th decimal place. | |
