    Items Changed Simultaneously When Configuring the External Server Authentication

    If you change the user authentication method, the following settings are also changed to maintain security.

    • If the authentication method is set to [ON (External Server)] or [ON (MFP + External Server)], [Network] - [OpenAPI Setting] - [SSL/Port Settings] changes to [SSL Only]. The setting can be returned manually.

    • If the authentication method is set to [Enhanced Server Authentication] or [MFP Device + Enhanced Server Authentication], [Network] - [OpenAPI Setting] - [SSL/Port Settings] changes to [SSL Only]. The setting cannot be changed.
