    • User Box Password

    • User Box Administrator Password

    • Secure Print Document Password

    • WebDAV Server Password

    • SNMP Password

    • Remote panel server password

    • Encryption Passphrase

    The password rules are applied to:

    • Administrator Password

    • User Password

    • Account Password

    • Public User Box Password

    • User Box Administrator Password

    • Confidential RX Password for User Box*

    • Secure Print Document Password

    • WebDAV Server Password

    • SNMP Password

    • Remote panel server password

    • Password for [IWS Settings] - [Communication Between Applications]*

    • HTTP (WebDAV) Password for [Machine Auto Update Settings] - [Relay Server Function Settings]

    • Password for password restrictions in [Firmware Update (USB) Permission Setting]

    For items marked with an "*", the maximum password length is 8 characters. Therefore, if the minimum password length is set to 9 or more characters in the password rules, set an 8-character password.
