Check an error detected during printing when using Intelligent Quality Care Unit IQ-501.
This function reduces the inspection time by dealing with output paper for which an error occurred based on the detection result.

The following items can be checked in [IQ Detected Result].

[Date] | The date and time at which an error was detected. |
[File Name] | The name of the file (job) in which an error was detected. |
[Sheet] | Displays the number of the relevant sheet in the set of the output paper in which an error was detected. |
[Sets] | Displays the set number of the output paper in which an error was detected. |
[Remove Sheets] | Displays the number of sheets to be removed from the output paper in which an error was detected. For details about the removal method, refer to the help messages in [IQ Detected Result]. |
[Output Tray] | Displays the output tray of the output paper in which an error was detected. |
[Paper Tray] | Displays the paper tray of the output paper in which an error was detected. |
[Type] | Displays the type of the detected error. [Stain]: Displayed when a stain is larger or darker than the default value specified in [Automatic Inspection Level Setting]. [Image Missing]: Displayed when the gap exceeds the default value specified in [Automatic Inspection Level Setting]. [Spot]: Displayed when a spot is larger or darker than the default value specified in [Automatic Inspection Level Setting]. [Streak]: Displayed when a streak is darker than the default value specified in [Automatic Inspection Level Setting]. [Barcode Error]: Displayed when an inconsistency is found in the printing order of the inspected bar codes. [Serial No.Error]: Displayed when an inconsistency is found in the printing order of the inspected numbers. [2SidesDeviation]: Displayed when the deviation value exceeds the default value specified in [Auto Image Adjustment Deviation Check]. To check the deviation value, press [Details]. [IQ ReadingError]: Displayed when the system cannot detect the position detection mark printed in the trim margin of output paper. |
