Printing a Fax in a User Box

Tap [Fax Inbox] on the home screen.
The [Fax Inbox] position varies depending on the customization status of the home screen. By default, access from [Useful Apps] on the home screen. For details on [Useful Apps], refer to Accessing all the function keys.

Enter the password, and tap [OK].

Tap the fax you want to print.
You can select multiple faxes at once.
Tap the thumbnail icon (
) to view faxes as thumbnails.Tap the list icon (
) to display the faxes in a list.To check the fax preview image, tap [Preview] displayed under the thumbnail.

Use the Start key to start printing.
A confirmation screen is displayed to ask if you want to delete the fax.

Tap [OK].
The fax is deleted from the fax RX User Box.
Deleting a fax from a User Box

Select a fax you want to delete, and tap the delete icon (
).
).A confirmation screen is displayed to ask if you want to delete the fax.

Tap [OK].
The selected fax is deleted.
