When a paper jam has occurred in the Front Door

CAUTION
  • The inside of this machine may be hot. Wait until the surface has cooled to prevent yourself from being burnt.

  1. Open the Front Door.

  2. Hold the handle and pull out the Toner Cartridge.

  3. Lift the handle and pull out the Imaging Unit.

    NOTICE
    • Do not expose the Imaging Unit to direct sunlight for more than 10 minutes. A long-period exposure causes the print quality to be reduced.

    • Do not touch the surface of the OPC drum. Doing so causes the printing quality to be reduced.

  4. Lift the flap in front of the machine inside.

  5. Grip both sides of the jammed paper firmly and carefully pull it out.

  6. Insert the Imaging Unit.

  8. Close the Front Door.
