[Register/Edit] (Group)
Overview
Display the group list, and add, edit, or delete a group.
Tips
- Destinations can also be registered or edited in [Scan Address Register]. For details, refer to [Scan Address Register].
Setting Items
Setting item | Description |
|---|---|
[Add] | Register a group. Up to 100 groups can be registered. |
[Change] | Edit the selected group. |
Deletes the selected group. |
Setting Procedure (Editing a Group)

Press [Group Name].

Enter the group name, and press [OK].

Select a destination to add to a group.
Pressing [E-mail], [HDD], [FTP], [SMB], or [WebDAV] displays the destinations registered in each item.
Up to 50 destinations can be registered in 1 group. [E-mail] allows you to register multiple addresses in 1 group. [HDD], [FTP], [SMB], or [WebDAV] allows you to register a single destination in each group.

Press [OK].
