[Account Track Settings]
Overview
Assign an arbitrary number to each account and set account information for each number.
NOTICE
The following setting is required to display this screen.
- Set [Account Track] to [ON].

Setting Procedure (Registering a New Account / Editing Account Information)

When registering a new account, click [New Registration]. When editing account information, click [Edit] of the target user.
The setting screen is displayed.

Set [No.].
[Use opening number]: An opening number is assigned automatically.
[Input directly]: 1 to 500 numbers can be entered.
For editing, the registration number of the selected account is displayed. You cannot enter the number.

Enter [Account Name].
Up to 8 single-byte characters can be entered.
These items cannot be entered when [Account Track Input Method] is set to [Password Only].

Enter [Password], and enter the same password again in [Retype Password].
Up to 8 single-byte characters can be entered.

In [Function Permission], set the functions available for the registered account.
For details about [Function Permission], refer to [Default Function Permission].

In [Max. Allowance Set], set the maximum number of sheets which the registered account can print.
[Management System]: Select [Total Allowance] or [Individual Allowance].
[Total Allowance]: Select the [Total] check box, and enter the maximum number of sheets that is the total of both [Color] prints and [Black] prints.
[Individual Allowance]: Select the [Color] or [Black] check box, and enter the maximum number of sheets that is the total of both prints.

Click [OK].
The setting completion screen is displayed.

Click [OK].
Setting Procedure (Deleting an Account)

Click [Delete] of the account to delete.
The confirmation dialog box is displayed.

Click [OK].

Click [OK] on the setting completion screen.
