Delete an HDD Box

You can delete the Box of the HDD job you select from the list.

This procedure differs between a case in which the HDD folder and HDD Box are password protected and that in which the HDD folder and HDD Box are not password protected.

Select a folder from the list.
If the folder is password protected, the [Folder Password] screen is displayed.
- When the folder is not password protected, proceed to step 3.
Enter the password, and click [OK].
If the entered password matches the registered password, the lock is released.
Click the “+” icon displayed on the left of the folder name to display Boxes.
Select a Box to be deleted.
If the Box is password protected, the [Box Password] screen is displayed.
- If the Box is not password protected, proceed to step 5.
Enter the password, and click [OK].
　If the entered password matches the registered password, the lock is released.
Select [Box] - [Delete] from the [Job Operations] menu.
- You can also select [Box] - [Delete] from the right-click menu to delete a Box.
The [Delete] screen is displayed.
Click [OK].
- If the selected Box contains any job, it cannot be deleted.
