User Box Setting: Registering, Changing, and Deleting a User Box

Register or delete a user box to save scan data on the HDD. Also, edit registered information of a user box.

  1. Follow the procedure on Controller Administrator Setting to display the [Controller Administrator Setting Menu] screen.

  2. Press [Scan Setting], and then press [User Box Setting].

  3. Register, change, or delete a user box.

    • To register a user box, press [Register]. On the next screen, press [Change] for each item and enter information, and then press [Register].

    • To change the setting of a registered user box, select a user box and then press [Change]. On the next screen, press [Change] for each item and edit the information, and then press [Register].

    • To delete a registered user box, select the user box, then press Delete. Press [Yes] on the confirmation dialog.
