Checking the specified fax number against the destination fax number before transmission (Check Dest. & Send)

Check Dest. & Send is a function that checks the specified fax number against the destination fax number (CSI) and faxes only when the numbers match. This prevents misdirected transmissions since a transmission error occurs if the specified fax number and the destination fax number (CSI) do not match.

Entering a fax number twice (Confirm Address (TX))

This machine provides the function to have a user enter a fax number twice. By entering a fax number twice when sending a fax, you can prevent a fax from being sent to an incorrect destination.
