[Reset Settings]

Select whether to reset the functions and settings that are currently displayed when this machine has not been operated for a certain period of time.
[Job Reset]

Select whether to reset settings for the conditions that are applied when changing users.

[System auto reset]

Tips
- Log out of the Administrator Setting or User Auth/Account Track mode according to the time setting for [System Auto Reset Time] when user authentication/account track is active or the [Enhanced Security Mode] is enabled. When [System auto reset function] is set to OFF, you are logged out in 1 minute.
[Auto Reset]
To display: [Utility] - [Administrator] - [System Settings] - [Reset Settings] - [Auto Reset]
When resetting all the entered settings (except registered settings) when no operation is performed on the screen of each function for a certain period of time, set this option to ON (default: ON). Also, specify the time required to reset (default: [1] minute).
[USB flash drive function settings]
To display: [Utility] - [Administrator] - [System Settings] - [USB flash drive function settings]
Specify whether to allow users to print files from a USB flash drive.

[Standard Size Setting]

Register a header/footer program.
[Header/Footer Registration]

You can register header/footer programs, and change or delete registered programs.
To register a new header/footer, specify an unregistered number in the header/footer list, and select [Check/Edit].

Tips
- To edit or delete a registered header/footer, specify the target one in the header/footer list, and select [Check/Edit] or [Delete].
[Blank Page Print Settings]

Select whether to print the date/time and stamp specified by the stamp/page print function on cover sheets or blank pages inserted by the Insert Sheet function (default: [Do Not Print]).
Even if [Print] is selected, the date/time and stamps are not printed on blank pages inserted with a specified page facing up using the Chapters function.

Configure a setting to connect this machine to a mobile terminal.
[Mobile Connection Settings]

Tips
- To use NFC, you need to mount an option. For details on the required option, refer to "List of Functions with Options Required" in [User's Guide [About This Machine]].
- To use Bluetooth LE, the installation of the required option and the setting by the service representative are required. For details on the required option, refer to "List of Functions with Options Required" in [User's Guide [About This Machine]].
[Set Paper Name by User]

Register a paper name and paper type as custom paper. Custom paper can be added to the paper type option.
[Set Paper Name by User]
To display: [Utility] - [Administrator] - [System Settings] - [Set Paper Name by User] - [Set Paper Name by User]
Configure settings to use custom paper with which a given paper name and type have been registered.
When using custom paper, set this option to ON (default: OFF). Custom paper is added to the paper type option.
[Edit Paper Name]
To display: [Utility] - [Administrator] - [System Settings] - [Set Paper Name by User] - [Edit Paper Name]
Register paper names and paper types to assign to custom paper. To register a new subject, specify an unregistered column in the paper name list, and select [Edit].

When permitting the user to send information such as the use frequency of the machine and function settings to our company, set this option to ON (default: OFF).
The information about this machine will be used by us for the improvement of service and functions in future.
Tips
- Information about IP address and others related to security as well as private information will not be sent.
[Management List]

Print a list of settings in this machine.
Change print settings as required, then tap [Start] to start printing.
[Paper Size/Type Counter]
To display: [Utility] - [Administrator] - [System Settings] - [List/Counter] - [Paper Size/Type Counter]
Register a combination of paper size and paper type to manage counting of used sheets.
Tap the number to register, and then tap [Edit paper size/type] to select the paper type to combine with the paper size to be counted. If you do not specify paper types, select [No Selection].
Tap [Counter Clear] to clear the selected counter.
Tips
- If you change a combination of paper size and paper type, the counter is reset.
[Temporarily Change Language]
To display: [Utility] - [Administrator] - [System Settings] - [Temporarily Change Language]
When you allow the user to temporarily change the language to be displayed on the screen of this machine, set this option to ON (default: OFF).
Setting to ON displays the [Language] key on the screen of this machine.
[Serverless Pull Printing Settings]
To display: [Utility] - [Administrator] - [System Settings] - [Serverless Pull Printing Settings]
Configure settings to use the serverless pull printing function.
Serverless pull printing is a function that enables execution of print jobs, which have been sent from the computer and stored in the MFP, by any MFP in a serverless pull printing group, which consists of multiple MFPs.
Tips
- This setting is displayed when the option is installed in this machine. For details on the required option, refer to "List of Functions with Options Required" in [User's Guide [About This Machine]].
[Client Function Setting]
To display: [Utility] - [Administrator] - [System Settings] - [Serverless Pull Printing Settings] - [Client Function Setting]
Configure settings to use the client function for serverless pull printing.
Enabling the client function allows you to execute print jobs stored on the storage device through the MFP with the client function enabled.

Configure settings to perform IPP authentication when IPP is used as the serverless pull printing protocol in a client machine while IPP authentication is enabled.

This machine operates according to these settings unless the printer driver specifies the print settings.
[Settings for receiving print data]

[Default Bypass Paper Type Setting]

When specifying the default paper type used in the Bypass Tray, set this option to ON (default: ON).
[Paper Type]: Select the default paper type. [Duplex 2nd Side]: Select this option when you load paper with one of the sides already printed.
[Page Number Print Position]
To display: [Utility] - [Administrator] - [System Settings] - [Page Number Print Position]
Select the printing position on the back side of the paper relative to the printing position of the page number on the front side for printing on both sides and when specifying both the booklet format and page number printing at the same time (default: [Left & Right Bind: All the Same Top & Bottom Bind: All the Same]).
[Left & Right Bind: All the Same Top & Bottom Bind: All the Same]: Page numbers are printed at the user defined position regardless of the binding position. For example, if you set the page number print position to the lower right, page numbers are printed on all pages at the lower right.
[Left & Right Bind: Symmetrical Top & Bottom Bind: All the Same]: Specify different page number print positions for Left & Right Bind and Top & Bottom Bind.
Left & Right Bind: On the front side, page numbers are printed at the user defined position. On the back side, page numbers are printed at the symmetrical position on the user defined position. For example, if you set the page number print position to the lower right, page numbers are printed at the lower right for the front side and at the lower left for the back side.
Top & Bottom Bind: Page numbers are printed on all pages on the user defined position. For example, if you set the page number print position to the lower right, page numbers are printed on all pages at the lower right.[Left & Right Bind: Symmetrical Top & Bottom Bind: Symmetrical]: Specify different page number print positions for Left & Right Bind and Top & Bottom Bind.
