Operations Required to Use This Function (for the Administrator)
Activate the voice guidance
To use voice guidance, activate the voice guidance function on this machine.
Tap [Utility] - [Administrator Settings] - [Voice Guidance Settings].
Set [Voice Guidance] to [Yes].
Tap [OK].
The voice guidance function is activated on this machine.
Assign the voice guidance into the Register key
When an optional Keypad KP-101 is not installed, assign the voice guidance to the hardkey on the Control Panel or slide menu.
Select [Utility] - [Administrator Settings] - [System Settings] - [Registered Key Settings], then tap [Hard Key] or [Softkey].
Select the desired Register key, then set [Voice Guide].
Tap [OK].
The voice guidance is assigned to the Register key.
