Registering User Authentication Information
Connect the IC Card Authentication Unit to this machine, and register user's card information. The IC card information can also be registered by the user.

Connect the IC Card Authentication Unit to this machine.

Select [Utility] - [Administrator] - [User Auth/Account Track] - [User Authentication Setting] - [User Registration], and display the edit screen of the user to register card information for.

Tap [Registration] in [Card Auth.Registration].

Place the IC card on the IC Card Authentication Unit, then tap [OK].
To use an Android terminal, cancel its sleep mode, unlock the screen, then place it on the IC Card Authentication Unit.

When registration is completed, close the user's edit screen.
NOTICE
- User information is stored in the storage area of this machine. If any changes are made to the authentication method of this machine or to the way the storage area is formatted, the registered user information is erased.
Tips
- You can also connect the IC Card Authentication Unit to a computer to register card information using Data Administrator. For details on Data Administrator, refer to Using Data Administrator (for the administrator).
