Configuring the setting to scan the original from the ADF

Specify whether to adjust the inclination of the original when scanning the original from the ADF.

To adjust the inclination of the original when scanning the original from the ADF, select [System Settings] - [ADF original skew adj. setting] in the administrator mode, set [ADF original skew adj. setting] to [Always Adjust] or [Skew detection adjust] (default: [Skew detection adjust]).

Tips

• If the original is obliquely loaded on the ADF, the original scanning speed may become slower. Before loading the original, always align its pages.
