Registering a Fax ID
When sending a fax, register the fax ID (fax number of this machine) to be transmitted to the recipient as the sender information.
The registered information will be the TSI information used by the TSI Routing function. Be sure to set this TSI information because it is required when the recipient uses the TSI Routing function.

Registering the sender name
Register the sender name (machine name, company name) to be printed on the recipient's fax when sending a fax.
Up to 20 sender names can be registered. You can use different names for different purposes depending on the destination.

Specifying the date and time
Set the date and time on this machine to be printed on sent and received faxes. The date and time you set will be the reference time for the Timer TX that enables communication at a preset time.

Specifying the receiving method
Set the receiving method suitable for your environment.
It is helpful to set this machine to automatically receive faxes if the line is dedicated for faxing. For details, refer to Here.
