[Job Centro/Main Body] | None: Indicates the unedited job. : The job is being edited or edited with Job Centro. : The job is being edited on the control panel, has been edited on the control panel, or can be edited only on the control panel. |
[Status] | "Editing": The job is being edited with Job Centro or on the control panel. "Edited": The job has been edited with Job Centro or on the control panel. "Processing": The re-RIP is in progress, banner page data is being created, or booklet data is being created. |
[Job Type] | Displays "Print" or "Copy" as the job type. |
[User Name] | Displays the user name. |
[File Name] | Displays the file name. |
[Number of Pages] | Displays the number of copies specified to the job(Insert sheets are not counted). |
[Number of Copies] | Displays the number of copies specified to the job. |
[Date Stored] | Displays the date and time when the job was registered in Hold Job. |
[Date Modified] | Displays the date and time when the job was edited and updated. |
[Print End Date] | Displays the print end date of the hold job. The jobs which were duplicated in the Job Management screen, saved in the Job Edit, Page Edit, or Tone Curve Adjustment screen, and recalled to Hold Job are displayed as "Unprinted." The jobs which can be edited only in the control panel are displayed blank. |
[PDL] | Displays PS, PDF, PDF (APPE), or TIFF jobs only. Any other jobs than PS, PDF, PDF (APPE), or TIFF jobs are not displayed. |
[PDL File Size (KB)] | Displays the size of the PDL file. Displays PS, PDF, PDF (APPE), or TIFF jobs only. |
[Output Tray] | Displays the output tray specified to the job. Displays PS, PDF, PDF (APPE), or TIFF jobs only. |
You can set Display/Undisplay of the item by right-clicking on the header item to display the [List Items Settings] screen. For details, refer to Set List Items.
To adjust the display width of the column, double-click on the boundary between items on the item bar. The display width of the column is automatically adjusted according to the longer character strings: the strings of the item name or the strings of the item in the list.
To sort the data by item, click the header of the column. You can switch between ascending order and descending order by clicking.
The whole line including the selected job is highlighted in blue. Note that when the job that cannot be selected is selected, the frame of the line becomes blue.
When the print job is locked, the items other than [Date Stored] and [Date Modified] go blank.
