Q14. I can't print MS-Office files using PageScope Direct Print. What should I do?

A14. The data file formats that are supported for printing directly from the image controller are PDF, TIFF, PS, PCL, ASCII (Text), EPS, and PPML.

To print files other than those above upon, install the printer driver.
