Registering a prefix and suffix of each destination
Register a prefix and suffix of an E-mail address. Using prefix/suffix setting, you can recall the prefix and suffix registered when entering an E-mail address.
Up to 8 prefixes/suffixes can be registered. It is convenient to specify the frequently used prefix or suffix as the default when registering multiple prefixes or suffixes.
Select [Store Address] - [Prefix/Suffix Setting] in administrator mode of Web Connection, and configure the following settings.

When using the prefix/suffix setting function, set this option to ON (default: OFF).
Select [Store Address] - [Prefix/Suffix] - [Edit] in administrator mode of Web Connection, and configure the following settings.

Enter the prefix (using up to 20 characters).
[Suffix]
Enter the suffix (using up to 64 characters).
To edit or delete a registered prefix or suffix, specify the target one in the prefix/suffix list, and select [Edit] or [Delete].
