Configure a setting to prevent display of the PIN code in a fax report or job history when adding a personal ID (PIN code) to a fax number in order to send a fax.
Settings | Description |

[Select Separator] | Select a separator to identify the PIN code. To specify the sending destination, enclose the PIN code with the separators you selected in this option. [-] is specified by default. |
