Adjusting the paper tray standby position of the ADF
To shorten the time required to start feeding the original, adjust the standby position of the Original Tray for the ADF.
The time required to start feeding the original can be shortened by lifting the Original Tray in advance.
Select [System Settings] - [ADF Settings] in administrator mode of Web Connection (or in [Utility] - [Administrator] of this machine), and configure the following settings.
Setting | Description |

[ADF Settings] | When lifting the standby position of the Original Tray more highly than usual, set this option to ON (default: ON). |
[Paper Tray] | Enter the standby position adjustment value (default: [1]). Increase the setting value when lifting the standby position, and reduce it when lowering the standby position. |
Configurer la numérisation de l'original dans le chargeur ADF
Spécifiez le degré de correction d'obliquité de l'original lors de sa numérisation dans le chargeur ADF.
Sélectionnez [Réglage Système] - [Conf. régl. obliquité original ADF] en mode administrateur de Web Connection (ou dans [Utilitaires] - [Administrateur] de cette machine) et configurez les réglages suivants.

Configuration de l'agrafage manuel
Configurez l'opération d'agrafage manuel.
Sélectionnez [Réglage Système] - [Configuration agrafage manuel] en mode administrateur de Web Connection (ou dans [Utilitaires] - [Administrateur] de cette machine) et configurez les réglages suivants.

[Délai d'attente du début d'agrafage] | Spécifiez le délai d'attente entre le moment de chargement du papier dans la fente d'agrafage manuel et le début de l'agrafage (par défaut : [1] s). |
[Configuration de l'agrafage manuel] | Pour ne pas passer en mode veille afin de toujours assurer la disponibilité de l'agrafage manuel, sélectionnez [Désactiver le mode veille] (par défaut :: [Désactivé]). |

Specifying whether to automatically detect the paper type for each tray
Select [System Settings] - [Paper type auto detection settings] in administrator mode of Web Connection (or in [Utility] - [Administrator] of this machine), and specify whether to automatically detect the paper type for each tray (default: ON).
Setting to ON allows you to select [Auto] when specifying the paper type of the tray.
