Using an Additional Line
When multiple lines are used, specify the method to use for each line.
Select [Fax Settings] - [Multi Line Settings] in administrator mode of Web Connection (or in [Utility] - [Administrator] of this machine), and configure the following settings.

[PC-Fax TX Line Setting]
Select the line used for PC-FAX TX (default: [No Selection]). If [No Selection] is selected, either line, whichever is not busy, is used for transmission.
In [Fax Line Selection], click [Edit] of the line you want to specify the usage for.
On the setting screen of the specified line, configure the settings as shown below.

[Line Parameter Setting]
Configure your environment for using fax functions in Line 2.
[Dialing Method]: Select the line type according to your environment (default: [PB]).
[Number of RX Call Rings]: If necessary, change the number of times the phone rings before automatically receiving a fax (default: [2] times).
[Line Monitor Sound]: When monitoring the communication sound on the telephone line during fax communication, set this option to ON (default: OFF).
[Pause Time]: If necessary, change the wait time when the pause is entered (default: [1] sec.).
[Multi Line Settings]
Specify how to use Line 2.
[Line 2 Setting]: Select the method to use Line 2 from [TX Only], [RX Only], and [TX and RX] (default: [TX and RX]).
[Sender Fax No.]: Enter the fax number of the additional line (using up to 20 digits, including symbols + and spaces). The fax number you entered is printed as the sender information.
