Using an Additional Line

When multiple lines are used, specify the method to use for each line.

Select [Fax Settings] - [Multi Line Settings] in administrator mode of Web Connection (or in [Utility] - [Administrator] of this machine), and configure the following settings.

[PC-Fax TX Line Setting]
Select the line used for PC-FAX TX (default: [No Selection]). If [No Selection] is selected, either line, whichever is not busy, is used for transmission.
In [Fax Line Selection], click [Edit] of the line you want to specify the usage for.

[Line Monitor Sound]: When monitoring the communication sound on the telephone line during fax communication, set this option to ON (default: OFF). [Pause Time]: If necessary, change the wait time when the pause is entered (default: [1] sec.).
