Page Layout Settings

Configure the default page layout settings to directly print a file on this machine.

Setting

Description

[Combination]

When reducing multiple pages to the same side of one sheet in order to print them, set this option to ON (default: OFF).

[Number of Page Combinations]

Specify the number of pages to place on a single sheet.

  • [Column]: Enter the number of pages to be placed in the vertical direction of a single sheet (default: [1]).

  • [Row]: Enter the number of pages to be placed in the horizontal direction of a single sheet (default: [1]).

[Combine Direction]

Select the page arrangement order (default: [Horizontal]).

[Combination Direction]

Select the page arrangement direction (default: [Top left to Bottom right]).

[Page Spacing]

Specify a page space in line and column directions (default: [0] inch (0 mm)).

[Margin]

Specify a page margin at the top, bottom, right and left positions (default: [0] inch (0 mm)).

[Page Zoom]

Specify any scale to enlarge or reduce the page size (default: [Auto]).

[Page Frame]

Select whether to print a border line between pages (default: [Do Not Print]).
