When a paper jam has occurred in the outlet of the Finisher

Empty the Output Tray.

Grip both sides of the jammed paper firmly and carefully pull it out of the outlet.

• Be sure to remove all the jammed sheets so that no sheets or pieces of paper remain.

Open and close the Front Door.
