Max. Allowance Setting when Enhanced Server down

When managing the maximum allowance for the number of printed sheets or the number of registered User Boxes on this machine when the enhanced server has shut down, set this option to ON (default: ON).

To manage the maximum allowance, specify the maximum value for [Print(Total)], [Personal User Box Allowance], and [Billing Allowance].

  • This setting is displayed when [Temporarily Save Authentication Information] is set to ON in [External Authentication server setting] of [Authentication Type] ( [Authentication Type] ).
