When IdP Authentication is Enabled:

If IdP authentication is set on this machine, you can authenticate with the cloud authentication service (IdP) and log in to this machine.

  1. Display the login screen for IdP authentication.

    • If the login screen for IdP authentication is not displayed, tap [User authentication] to display it.

    • If the IC card is registered, you can log in by placing the IC card on the IC Card Authentication Unit.

  2. In [Login service], select the cloud service used for authentication.

    The Web browser of this machine starts, and the IdP authentication screen appears.

  3. Enter your password and other credentials in the authentication screen, and log in.

  4. When the target operation is completed, select the Access key () to log out.

  • If you log in with IdP authentication, the functions available for this machine are restricted.
