Specify whether the service representative can acquire the original image scanned by Integrated Color Care Unit IQ-501 as a log when executing [Auto Image Adj].
This log is used to analyze the cause when an image error occurs in [Auto Image Adj].
This function is set to [Restrict] by default to prevent the service representative from acquiring logs without permission. Log acquirement is possible only when [Allow] is selected.
In general use, log acquisition is performed by the service engineer, but in rare cases, we may ask a user to acquire logs. A service setting is required in order that the user acquires logs. For details, contact your service representative.
The scanned image is blacked out before saved. The service engineer and log analyzer cannot view the contents of the scanned image.
This function is not available when Integrated Color Care Unit IQ-501 is not mounted on the machine.
The acquired logs are saved on a USB flash drive.
Follow the procedure on Administrator Setting to display the [Administrator Setting Menu] screen.

The [Acquire Image Log(AutoImage)] screen is displayed.
When allowing the service engineer to acquire the log, select [Allow]. When restricting it, select [Restrict]. Then, click [OK].
Press [Close].
This returns to [Administrator Setting Menu].
