Overview of [RECALL] Screen

The [RECALL] screen displays the jobs saved on the HDD.

You can print a job saved on the HDD and send it to a computer on the network. Also, you can recall it as a hold job.

You can save job data scanned using this machine and a print job from a computer as a HDD saved job.

Jobs saved on the HDD can be saved to any of the following directories.

  1. First layer (root directory)

  2. Second layer (folder)

  3. Third layer (user box)

You can create folders and user boxes in the [RECALL] screen. Also, you can create folders and user boxes when saving a job on the HDD from the [Hold Job] screen and [STORE] screen.

You can specify a password when creating a folder or user box (it is not essential to remember the password).
