Display the history of the printed job. This list also displays jobs that were not printed due to cancellation or error.
The following items are displayed by default. [File Name] cannot be placed into the hide state.
You can configure a setting to hide [User Name] or [File Name]. For details, refer to the following.
AccurioPro Print Manager
Switches the display between the [Active] job list and [History] list.
[No.] ([Job Number])
Displays the assigned job number.
Displays the user name.
Displays the file name.
The file name of a secure job is indicated by asterisks *.
Displays the job execution result.
[Quick Security Setting] is displayed as [Password Rules Setting] for a job (job set with a password that violates the rules) that was ended without being saved because an error occurred when [Enable] is set to [Result] in [Canceled] of Utility.
Displays the number of pages in the original.
The number of pages is counted by the RIPed pages. The inserted blank paper and unprinted tab paper are not counted because they are not RIPed.
Displays the number of printed pages.
[Monochrome Pages Printed]
Displays the number of pages printed in black and white.
[Color Pages Printed]
Displays the number of pages printed in color.
Displays the number of printed copies.
Displays the date and time when the job was uploaded or created.
Displays the RIP starting date and time.
Displays the RIP ending date and time.
[RIP Duration (sec.)]
Displays the time taken for RIP processing in seconds.
Displays the print starting date and time of the job.
Displays the print ending date and time of the job.
Displays the paper size. If different sizes are mixed, the size of the first page of the target job is displayed.
Displays the paper type.
To sort data by item, click the header of the column. Each time the header is clicked, the display is switched between ascending order and descending order.
To adjust the display width of a column, double-click on the border line between items on the header item, or drag the border line while clicking it. The display width of the column is automatically adjusted according to the string of the item name or the string in the list, whichever is longer. The adjusted display width is stored for each connected printer, and it is retained even after restart.
Selecting a job highlights the entire line in blue. If an unavailable job is selected, the line frame is displayed in blue.
